More up to date information for open public toilets can be found here.Finding shower facilities in Scotland allows you to tour freely in your campervan and park in remote, secluded areas overnight. Campsie Campers provide all the self-contained facilities you need to freedom camp responsibly. After a few nights of wild camping, you may want access to shower facilities. If not for yourself, then for your travelling companions.
Most Campsites and Public Leisure Centres will let you use their shower facilities for a small fee. It’s also worth asking at Service Stations, Village Halls, Youth Hostels and Mountain Bike Trail Centres.
Below we have compiled a list of the known shower facilities based on area.
In peak-season, these will be busy. If in doubt, ask a local who are normally very friendly and always keen to help you enjoy your adventure in their bonnie land.
