Details for hirer bookings (From the Camping and Caravan Club)

The Camping and Caravan Club thought it would be worthwhile confirming the details again for customer bookings, as there have been changes over the last 12 months due to Covid. They have introduced contactless check-in to minimise contact. Due to restrictions with their booking system, they have always had to make manual amends to online bookings when customers arrived at site through the Holiday Site Manager. Due to there now being no contact with Site Managers on check in, hirers will need to call their contact centre to make a booking and tell them that they are using the Motorhome Hire Membership scheme. The operator will then ensure that member rates are given. The phone numbers are 024 7647 5426 (Club) or 024 7647 3008 (Camping in the Forest). As you can imagine, currently phone lines are extremely busy, but please be assured that they will answer as quickly as they can. They are in the process of implementing a workaround for online bookings and will be in touch very soon with further details.

Facilities

As per Government guidelines, they are extremely likely to open their campsites without facilities initially. They are seeking further clarification of when they should be able to open facilities and will keep you informed as and when this happens.
