Changes of dates, or cancellation up to 30 days prior to your hire, are free with no additional charges. Please be aware however, that rates change based on seasons throughout the year if you wish to choose different dates.
We will request a 25% deposit 30 DAYS PRIOR TO COLLECTON (along with documents required for insurance) 14 days before your hire date. Full payment is required 14 days prior to collection. This gives us all time to evaluate the situation at this stage and change your dates or cancel if necessary, with no further payment.
If your campervan holiday is affected by Covid-19 at this stage, no further payment is necessary AND we will refund your 25% deposit.
In addition, ALL of your booking fee is completely refundable up to the point of collection if Covid/travel restrictions affect you.
